Assistant Retail Manager in Mobilink GSM (PMCL)
Ensure effective sales activity / achievement through respective sales channels (franchises / Route Sales Officers)
Collect, prepare and disseminate daily sales reports
Ensure product availability and visibility in terms of point of sales material
Maintain and develop comfort level between respective franchises and retailers through consistent market visits.
Organize and conduct planned Retail Sales blitz in metro and remote regional locations through respective sales channels.
Plan and conduct retail activity related training sessions for respective sales channels.
Manage and ensure up to date retail data lists through respective coordinators.
Assist and implement smooth data information flow for effective CD / Scratch Card Track System in close liaison with respective Zone Sales Management and Zone Franchises / National Distributor / Regional Distributors
