Job Description:
This tennis and country club is situated on the foothills of the Fujeirah mountains and boasts world class sporting amenities. The right candidate will be joining an innovative team for the new a la carte restaurant, headed by an experienced Australian chef. We are seeking highly motivated staff willing to provide the best quality product to their guests. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will have at least 3 years experience in an ala carte restaurant with high cleanliness standards and excellent English. Main duties will be prepping and service in Ala Carte Restaurant, with high hygiene standards and levels of service. Previous work in Hotels is an advantage.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Higher Secondary
Responsibilities:
1. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will have at least 3 years experience in an ala carte restaurant with high cleanliness standards and excellent English.
2. Main duties will be prepping and service in Ala Carte Restaurant, with high hygiene standards and levels of service.
3. Previous work in Hotels an advantage.
Skills:
1. 3years experience in a busy Hotel Kitchen.
2. Ability to control kitchen section in service.
3. High hygiene awareness.
4. Excellent English.
5. Experience with a la Carte and traditional Pizza making an advantage.
