We are seeking energetic male/female candidates, for Customer Services Department of OGC who have CSR experience. Selected candidates will be required to communicate with clients based in Pakistan
- Answering customer/client’s requests or inquiries about concerning services, products, claims, complaints, product overview, and other problem areas.
- Complaint Launching
- Basic Support( Root Cause Analysis )
- Working closely with the Technical teams.
- Assigning job to Technician
- Follow up the complaints until they will be completed.
