Job Description:
Microsoft Great Plains techno–functional Consultant will be focused on the delivery, implementation of Microsofts Great Plains solutions. The Consultant should have deep functional/ technical skills in Great Plains that will be used in performing these tasks.
The consultant will be familiar with software implementation and structured implementation methodologies.
Consulting work will be primarily performed in UAE.

Responsibilities:
– Perform business requirements analysis and design
– Perform gap analysis between Great Plains functionality and clients requirements
– Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or work–around to meet client
Requirements:
– Install and configure Great Plains modules.
– Train users on new business processes and using Great Plains
– Deep Knowledge of SQL & scripting

Education, Certifications and Experience:
– Microsoft Great Plains Certification, preferred
– 3+ years experience implementing Great Plains.
– Experience with at least one core business process such as accounting, distribution, manufacturing, human resources/payroll required;
– Functional expertise in Great Plains is a must; Other ERP solutions or ERP Implementation experience, a plus
– Consulting organization experience, preferred

Skills Required:
– Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules
– Experience with reporting tools: VB.Net , Dex(Must) , SQL Crystal, Frx, Report Writer
– Knowledge of Great Plains customization tools – Must
– knowledge of the following modules ( Financials ,Supply Chain ,Business Portal, Payroll, Project Accounting)
– Ability to perform Great Plains demonstrations
