Employer Agreement
Please read the Terms and Conditions overseeing the use of eJobsTeller.com and its services. The Terms and Conditions in this page are a binding Agreement between you and eJobsTeller.com. Your use of eJobsTeller.com services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you may not use eJobsTeller.com services. eJobsTeller.com reserves the right to revise and change the Terms of Agreement at any time.
eJobsTeller.com provides no warranties and assumes no responsibilities on the posted resumes in its database. The contents of each resume such as employment history, education, name, address is not checked by eJobsTeller.com. If a client uses our services and decides to hire an applicant, the client is solely responsible to verify the applicants resume contents. The terms of the contract purchased by the client is non-refundable.
eJobsTeller.com reserves the right to remove any job posted if the content includes any material that is considered defamatory, abusive, racist or contains misleading false or inaccurate information, impersonating another person living or dead, advertisements or solicitations of business, chain letters, opinions or notices, harassing, requiring investment by the user at any time, a pyramid scheme, unlawful, libelous or that violates or infringes any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others. These rights include those covered by Title IV of the United States Civil Rights Act of 1964, which “prohibits employment discrimination based on age, race, color religion, sex and national origin”, as well as the rights covered by the American with Disabilities Act of 1990.
Copyright
All content on the site is the sole property of eJobsTeller.com, and is protected by the U.S. copyright and international treaties. You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the content, or use it in any other way for public or commercial purposes.
eJobsTeller.com may at any time deactivate or suspend the Member’s access and or/the Services without notice to carry out system maintenance, upgrading, testing, repairs and other related work. eJobsTeller.com shall not be liable for any loss and damage, costs and expense that the Member may suffer or incur.
eJobsTeller.com does not guarantee the web site will operate error-free or that it is virus free. If you use the web site services and it results in you needing services for replacing hardware equipment or software data, eJobsTeller.com is not responsible for those costs. You assume all responsibilities and risk of your use of this site. eJobsTeller.com does not provide any warranties about the accuracy or reliability of the material, services, software, text, graphics, and links.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless eJobsTeller.com, its officers, directors, employees from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the site, the content, any document posted by you, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions. The company shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
Refund Policy
eJobsTeller.com aims to satisfy every client. We will do our best to satisfy your needs and expectations. We will refund 100% of the dollar amount you purchased as a member only if the following takes place:
- A total period of ten working days have passed after purchasing a membership and you cannot log in as a paying member with eJobsTeller.com
- A total period of ten working days have passed after purchasing a membership and you cannot add/delete/edit a job posted by you with eJobsTeller.com
- A total period of ten working days have passed after purchasing a membership and you cannot see any resumes with eJobsTeller.com
If any of the above takes place, please Email us for a complete refund.
I certify that the answers given herein are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I am fully aware, have read and understand that if I have disregarded any of eJobsTeller.com policies that my membership can be cancelled immediately with no claim for reimbursement and I can be banned from using eJobsTeller.com services. Furthermore, I have read and understand the refund policy and its statement and will apply by its rules and regulations.
